Because Otium products are consumable health supplements, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is a standard safety and quality measure across the supplement industry — once a sealed product leaves our control, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, so we cannot resell or restock it. We appreciate your understanding that this policy exists to protect the safety of every customer.

We stand behind every order. If there is any issue with your purchase, we will make it right. Please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken seal
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is missing items
  • There is any other problem with your order

In these cases, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. To help us resolve it quickly, please include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the product or packaging.
